What I Do
I am a third party draw inspector that focuses solely on performing draw inspections, sometimes known as bank inspections, for lenders and national inspection firms in the Dallas area.
Size of Projects
While the majority of my business consists of single family construction, I have worked on La Quinta properties, Hilton properties, various restaurants, multi unit condos, and something as small as a kitchen remodel.

The green area is inspected daily. The area between the green and red are inspected four to five days per week. Outside of the red area is visited two to four times per week.
I do have a small network of "Draw Inspector friends" that can lend a hand if needed on projects too far from Dallas for me to take care of in a timely manner.
